Runner shall be made of 13% chrome 4 high nickel stainless steel. It shall be integrally
cast in accordance with ASTM Standard No. A 743/A743M-06 CA-6 NM or JIS G 5121
SCS 6. Prototype runner shall be homogeneous to the model runner to the accuracy
outlined in IEC 60193-1
